配送ポリシー

Placing an Order：

XHEYDAY will process orders within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
XHEYDAY reserves the right to refuse the order. XHEYDAY reserves the right to delay shipment in the event that the order cannot be shipped due to uncontrollable factors.
Once an order has shipped, we will send an email to the email address provided on the order with tracking information for your shipment.
For customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, please be sure to use the name on your ID card when filling out the shipping information. Japanese and Korean customers must fill in your address in English. We cannot change the completed shipping information after check out.
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.
We do not offer invoice notes.
We are unable to combine different orders into one shipment.
We support shipping from 49 locations.

International shipping takes approximately 7-12 business days to arrive.
XHEYDAY is not responsible for carrier delays, delays due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond XHEYDAY's control.

At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
